Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer First Representative in a national remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, billing, and claims
  • Review and process healthcare claims, ensuring accurate application of benefits and compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with members and providers to resolve issues, maintaining high standards of customer service


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
  • Ability to complete Customer Service training classes successfully
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday during specified business hours, with flexibility for overtime
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
