Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Service Representative I to provide dedicated customer service for international accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping details with foreign third-party suppliers and manage order entries
• Track order shipments across various transportation modes and ensure compliance with shipping terms
• Process returns and operational service issues in SAP, preparing credits for customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, Catalyst, and AS400
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
