Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance needed
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment such as call center or customer service
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
