Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance needed
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
  • Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment such as call center or customer service
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
