Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
• Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
• Progressively manage a variety of tasks with increasing complexity

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Indiana
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• Access to high-speed Internet with specific upload and download speed requirements
