Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries with claims-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused support to ensure first call resolution and maintain quality standards
  • Research and evaluate medical claims for proper adjudication and document call activity
  • Maintain knowledge of VA regulations and assist as an effective team member
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
  • Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or call center environment
