A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative, B2C.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and perform product diagnosis
• Provide step-by-step installation and repair guidance for plumbing products
• Utilize various software systems to track orders and provide customer support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience desired
• Previous computer experience is necessary
• Experience in a call center environment preferred
• Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
