Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct customer service or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: ERP experience with SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
