Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a temporary remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and process customer orders
  • Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues to find solutions
  • Document customer interactions and track call types
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma (higher education degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, or hospitality experience
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Previous experience in IT support or help desk is preferred
  • Knowledge of the optical industry or bilingual skills (French a plus)
