Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (higher education degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or hospitality experience
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Previous experience in IT support or help desk is preferred
- Knowledge of the optical industry or bilingual skills (French a plus)
