Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, and emails
• Research requests and accurately document details of customer interactions
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time
• Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access
• Ability to maintain a secluded and distraction-free work environment
