Job Summary

- Maintain above-average Quality Assurance monitoring scores
- Meet or exceed individual and departmental performance metrics
- Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center
- Retention experience is desired
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
