  • Meet or exceed individual and departmental performance metrics
  • Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center
  • Retention experience is desired
  • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
