Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answers patient phone calls and resolves issues in one call
  • Opens ARR inquiries and returns phone calls to resolve issues
  • Generates correspondence to resolve customer disputes and documents every phone call
Required Qualifications
  • High School education or associate degree or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least two years of experience in a call center and/or customer service
  • Experience in the medical billing field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems (Windows 7 or 10)
