Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Answers patient phone calls and resolves issues in one call
- Opens ARR inquiries and returns phone calls to resolve issues
- Generates correspondence to resolve customer disputes and documents every phone call
Required Qualifications
- High School education or associate degree or equivalent
- Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of experience in a call center and/or customer service
- Experience in the medical billing field is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems (Windows 7 or 10)
