Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and identify customer assistance needs
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
• Assist with appointment scheduling and eligibility screening for callers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call environment
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
