Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone and ensure prompt and courteous service
• Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
• Document activities and maintain communication with customers regarding their orders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have high-speed internet for remote work
