Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve claims and complaints effectively
• Develop initiatives to inform and educate customers and create improvement plans for purchase order collections

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or account management
• Demonstrated computer skills
• Familiarity with purchase order applications
• Experience with Microsoft applications preferred
