Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain above average Quality Assurance monitoring scores and meet performance metrics
  • Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively
  • Achieve departmental goals for cross sales, retention, and service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center
  • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Retention experience desired; background in insurance or health discount industry preferred
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
