Job Summary

- Maintain above average Quality Assurance monitoring scores and meet performance metrics
- Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively
- Achieve departmental goals for cross sales, retention, and service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Retention experience desired; background in insurance or health discount industry preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
