Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and manage customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding of new customers and manage existing customer account inquiries
- Coordinate resources and facilitate interdepartmental communication
- Ensure incidents and customer requests are managed in accordance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work while adapting to changes quickly
- Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support preferred but not necessary
