Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and manage customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle onboarding of new customers and manage existing customer account inquiries
  • Coordinate resources and facilitate interdepartmental communication
  • Ensure incidents and customer requests are managed in accordance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work while adapting to changes quickly
  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support preferred but not necessary
