Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding hospital and professional billing
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and document all patient inquiries in the billing platform
  • Coordinate with various teams to resolve billing issues and update patient information in the system
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant customer service experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of progressive work experience in a hospital billing or shared services environment preferred
  • Experience with Epic's Resolute Hospital or Professional billing applications preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA standards and medical terminology preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
