Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work from home in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Document correspondence and contacts in accordance with established procedures
• Complete system updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Knowledge of customer service techniques and child support policies
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Must reside in San Antonio, TX
