Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, pricing, and orders
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Technical Certification or Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service or related work experience required; 2-5 years preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
