Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service or related work experience required; 2-5 years preferred

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
