Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support borrower engagement through inbound and outbound call interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls from existing borrowers, providing timely and professional support
  • Assess customer needs, resolve routine inquiries, and appropriately escalate or transfer more complex issues
  • Participate in outbound calling campaigns as assigned, following structured scripts and outreach goals
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a call center environment supporting inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Background in industries such as banking, mortgage servicing, student loans, insurance, or telecommunications preferred
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on retention and problem resolution
  • Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and call guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation style
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote call center setting with schedule flexibility
