Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support borrower engagement through inbound and outbound call interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls from existing borrowers, providing timely and professional support
- Assess customer needs, resolve routine inquiries, and appropriately escalate or transfer more complex issues
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns as assigned, following structured scripts and outreach goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center environment supporting inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Background in industries such as banking, mortgage servicing, student loans, insurance, or telecommunications preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on retention and problem resolution
- Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and call guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation style
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote call center setting with schedule flexibility
