Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for customer fulfillment activities and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and assist with order processing, including pricing and shipping issues
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies and manage return goods authorizations (RGA)
  • Support process improvements and assist in training new staff to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with MAPICS/AS 400 systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Willingness to improve product knowledge through training
