Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for customer fulfillment activities and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and assist with order processing, including pricing and shipping issues
- Research and resolve order discrepancies and manage return goods authorizations (RGA)
- Support process improvements and assist in training new staff to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MAPICS/AS 400 systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Willingness to improve product knowledge through training
