Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative (Verification of Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
  • Flexible and able to learn quickly to meet production and quality goals
  • Familiarity with Customer Service department policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks reliably
