Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative (Verification of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer questions
- Communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes effectively with callers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing other assigned duties
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
- Flexible and able to learn quickly to meet production and quality goals
- Familiarity with Customer Service department policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks reliably
