Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and support sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect advertising materials and manage print and digital deployments
  • Process orders and ensure accurate information throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage communications and workflows between clients and the production team
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an agency or media environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High-level computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and content management systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
