Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and support sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect advertising materials and manage print and digital deployments
- Process orders and ensure accurate information throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage communications and workflows between clients and the production team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an agency or media environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- High-level computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce and content management systems is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
