Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications for managing customer interactions
- Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
- Proven ability to handle outbound calls effectively
- Experience providing support through both email and voice channels is preferred
