Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Comfortable using computers and various software applications for managing customer interactions
  • Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
  • Proven ability to handle outbound calls effectively
  • Experience providing support through both email and voice channels is preferred
