Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for part-time work on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
• Document customer activity and check reports to follow up with customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have high-speed internet for remote work
