Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to their Sales Department and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from sales teams and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and fax
- Engage courteously and accurately to foster positive business relationships and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Determine service charges, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collection, and prepare product or service reports
Required Qualifications
- Prior remote work experience
- Strong data entry skills and experience with purchase orders and ERP systems
- Internal customer service experience
- SAP or Oracle ERP experience required
- Ability to work overtime and maintain a quiet remote workspace while adhering to Pacific Time hours
