Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to their Sales Department and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from sales teams and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and fax
  • Engage courteously and accurately to foster positive business relationships and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Determine service charges, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collection, and prepare product or service reports
Required Qualifications
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with purchase orders and ERP systems
  • Internal customer service experience
  • SAP or Oracle ERP experience required
  • Ability to work overtime and maintain a quiet remote workspace while adhering to Pacific Time hours
