Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customers, advocate for their needs, and provide guidance and support
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions
• Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Must reside in the Pacific Standard Time Zone or Mountain Standard Time Zone with the ability to work PST hours
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
