Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and meet retention goals as part of the Client Services Team
  • Resolve client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage client accounts using CRM and assist with enrollment information for program success
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Reliable internet speeds are required
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles is beneficial
  • Financial services experience, especially in banking or debt settlement, is a plus
