Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to Member and Provider inquiries respectfully and courteously
  • Utilize proprietary systems to address customer requests while adhering to defined service standards
  • Act as a liaison between Members, Providers, and Client Representatives to coordinate efforts and fulfill requests
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
