Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to policyholders and assist with policy information and claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone interactions with policyholders, providers, and third parties
- Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Review and maintain procedures regarding policy information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least one year of office experience preferred
- Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
- Customer service background with strong phone skills
- Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
