Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to policyholders and assist with policy information and claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle phone interactions with policyholders, providers, and third parties
  • Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Review and maintain procedures regarding policy information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • At least one year of office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
  • Customer service background with strong phone skills
  • Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
