Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer-facing teams in delivering professional service to B2B clients
  • Manage backend operational tasks including invoicing, data requests, and order processing
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process while applying product knowledge to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ years of client or customer service experience is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required
  • Experience with Business to Business (B2B) is preferred
