Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer-facing teams in delivering professional service to B2B clients
- Manage backend operational tasks including invoicing, data requests, and order processing
- Oversee the end-to-end order process while applying product knowledge to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1+ years of client or customer service experience is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required
- Experience with Business to Business (B2B) is preferred
