Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
  • Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
  • Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or billing support
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to document and report on issues effectively
  • Familiarity with billing systems and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
