Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by analyzing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs
- Process orders and inquiries, including those received via fax and email, and promote products through effective sales support
- Assist the sales team with account inquiries, maintain customer account information, and support team initiatives for organizational improvements
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems and comfortable learning new systems
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for medical devices is preferred
- Experience with surgical or vision-care product portfolios is a plus
