Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support by analyzing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs
  • Process orders and inquiries, including those received via fax and email, and promote products through effective sales support
  • Assist the sales team with account inquiries, maintain customer account information, and support team initiatives for organizational improvements
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems and comfortable learning new systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for medical devices is preferred
  • Experience with surgical or vision-care product portfolios is a plus
