Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes inbound calls from members and determines effective ways to answer questions
  • Maintains member records and provides introductory information about benefits and resources
  • Handles complaints and inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction with products/services
Required Qualifications
  • One to three years of call center and/or customer service experience
  • Basic computer knowledge and technical skills for various digital platforms
  • A private and confidential workspace free from distractions
  • Time management skills for prompt responses to communications
  • Active listening skills to effectively assist upset members
