Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Takes inbound calls from members and determines effective ways to answer questions
- Maintains member records and provides introductory information about benefits and resources
- Handles complaints and inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction with products/services
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of call center and/or customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge and technical skills for various digital platforms
- A private and confidential workspace free from distractions
- Time management skills for prompt responses to communications
- Active listening skills to effectively assist upset members
