Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from members and assist with inquiries such as billing, payments, and enrollments
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems to provide appropriate responses
- Document issues to track trends and facilitate reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary job tools
- 1+ year of experience working in healthcare
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
