Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls from members and assist with inquiries such as billing, payments, and enrollments
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems to provide appropriate responses
  • Document issues to track trends and facilitate reporting


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary job tools
  • 1+ year of experience working in healthcare
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
