Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming billing customer service calls
• Provide optimum customer service for all patient inquiries and document patient accounts accurately
• Assist patients with registration, scheduling appointments, and processing payments

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of health plan benefits and eligibility verification
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain EOBs and patient responsibilities
• Education in medical billing or certification preferred
• Experience with Mod Med/EMA practice management system is a plus
