Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer service requests via calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide expertise and support for billing, eligibility, benefits, claims, appeals, and grievances
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with problem analysis and resolution
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows personal computer applications
  • Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
