Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer service requests via calls, emails, and chats
- Provide expertise and support for billing, eligibility, benefits, claims, appeals, and grievances
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with problem analysis and resolution
- 1+ years of experience with Windows personal computer applications
- Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
