Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I for remote positions in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as an initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns
  • Provides support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls and live chat
  • Resolves concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking as well as related policy and procedural questions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
