Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I for remote positions in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as an initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns
- Provides support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls and live chat
- Resolves concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking as well as related policy and procedural questions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Call center experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Financial Services experience is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
