Job Summary

  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
  • Document customer activity and maintain adherence to established company standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Must have high-speed internet for remote work
