Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
- Document customer activity and maintain adherence to established company standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Must have high-speed internet for remote work
