Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls related to existing orders
- Address emails and internal queries regarding orders or payments, and document issues in Confluence
- Visit court dockets for case filing information and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Document manipulation experience
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
