Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing and new orders
- Document issues in Confluence and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a high level of work product
