Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and chats from clients and agents, providing accurate information regarding policies and billing
  • Process tasks such as policy updates and cancellations efficiently while meeting service standards

Required Qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines, including homeowners and other lines, or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Knowledge of compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and team collaboration
