Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- One to two years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
