Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate for callers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Process changes and transactions according to corporate standards and guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • One to two years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
