Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle billing issues and customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements and adjust customer accounts as needed
- Document and report on billing issues while presenting resolution options to customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to work full-time hours from 11 AM to 8 PM CST
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of billing processes and consumer rights
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
