Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle billing issues and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
  • Negotiate and authorize billing settlements and adjust customer accounts as needed
  • Document and report on billing issues while presenting resolution options to customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to work full-time hours from 11 AM to 8 PM CST
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of billing processes and consumer rights
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
