Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval while maintaining logs of calls
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to the Medicare program
- PC proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service or a similar call center environment preferred
- General knowledge of Medicare eligibility and program requirements preferred
