Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and one call resolution
- Assist individuals in completing paperwork and understanding program requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
- Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
- Bilingual skills in Russian/Spanish are a plus
