Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and one call resolution
  • Assist individuals in completing paperwork and understanding program requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
  • Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
  • Bilingual skills in Russian/Spanish are a plus
