Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and perform product diagnosis
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and installation guidance to customers and trade professionals
- Utilize various software systems and tools to track orders and enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience desired
- Previous computer experience is necessary
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
