Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Tier I Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment while providing excellent customer service
- Assist with account access issues, including password resets and ID reactivations, and support inspectors with scheduling and profile updates
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance
- Experience supporting I.T./Helpdesk call centers preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a customer service-oriented focus
- Strong analytical abilities and independent problem-solving skills
