Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Tier I Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with account access issues, including password resets and ID reactivations, and support inspectors with scheduling and profile updates
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience supporting I.T./Helpdesk call centers preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a customer service-oriented focus
  • Strong analytical abilities and independent problem-solving skills
