Job Summary

- Access relevant databases to assist in resolving patient inquiries and document actions taken in the billing system
- Perform insurance eligibility checks, account adjustments, and handle walk-in patient inquiries on-site
Required Qualifications

- Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
- Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
- Computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals
