Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative, primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding bills for hospital and physician accounts via various communication methods
• Access relevant databases to assist in resolving patient inquiries and document actions taken in the billing system
• Perform insurance eligibility checks, account adjustments, and handle walk-in patient inquiries on-site

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
• Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
• Computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals
