Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPG Customer Service Representative for Distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle from EDI order receipt to invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and operational efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve customer-related issues while maintaining strong service levels


Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Planning within the Food & Beverage, CPG, or Retail industries
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth understanding of CPG Sales Operations processes, including order management and EDI workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
