Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPG Customer Service Representative for Distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order lifecycle from EDI order receipt to invoicing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and operational efficiency
- Investigate and resolve customer-related issues while maintaining strong service levels
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Planning within the Food & Beverage, CPG, or Retail industries
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth understanding of CPG Sales Operations processes, including order management and EDI workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
